All orders placed on Deportes Dajoaa are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and national holidays. During peak seasons, sales events, or high-order volumes, processing times may take slightly longer. Shipping Coverage

Deportes Dajoa ships to customers in the United States, Spain, and select international locations. Availability of international shipping will be displayed at checkout.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Once your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is:

  • United States: 3–5 business days

  • Spain: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–14 business days (depending on destination)

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours and can be used to monitor your delivery through the carrier’s website.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

We carefully inspect and package all Deportes Dajoaa products before shipment. Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, Deportes Dajoaa is not responsible for damage or loss occurring during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@deportesdajoaa.de and include clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging. Retain all original packaging materials, as they may be required for a carrier claim.

If tracking indicates your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If the issue is not resolved, reach out to our customer support team and we will assist you.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Deportes Dajoaa is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. Returned packages due to address errors may require additional reshipping fees.
